Marinakimart.com is the official website of the British artist Marina Kim and operates as an online outlet of the Roche Gallery in Rye. ROCHE Gallery is a contemporary art gallery in the heart of the ancient town of Rye. We exhibit art by Marina Kim – one of the founders of the ROCHE gallery, and provide framing services by Tim Roche.

Payments
We offer various online and off-line payment options:

- paying with a debit or credit card on WooCommerce integrated payment platforms

Delivery
We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force services within UK and various international couriers for shipments abroad. You may also pick up your purchase in person from ROCHE Gallery in Rye. If you have special shipping instructions, please contact us before purchase to discuss them.
We strive to process your order within 24 hours and guarantee to post no later than in 3 days. If there is a delay, we will write to you about it as soon as possible.
Returns and refunds
Whether you buy art for yourself or as a gift for someone you love, there is a risk of not loving it as much as you anticipated when you saw it on the screen of a computer or a phone. That's why we decided to double the conventional one month grace period. In the unlikely event that you don't love the artwork purchased from Marina Kim Art and Roche Gallery, you are welcome to return it within 60 days, no questions asked!
Please, contact us to let us know about your decision to return the artwork. You can then either deliver it back to Roche Gallery in person or package it safely and arrange delivery to us by a courier at your own cost. As we receive the parcel and confirm that the artwork and the framing are in their original condition, we will process the refund. If your purchase included the cost of shipping to your destination, this will be deducted from the monies refunded.
